 We have our next Rotaract Club of SLO meeting, Tuesday, January 17th. The General meeting is mandatory for all club members at 6:30PM.

2nd Annual Symposium To Eliminate Poverty Sustainably (STEPS)

Come make a difference Saturday, January 28th, at District 5240′s STEPS Conference. This year it will be held at UC Santa Barbara. There will be keynote speakers, workshops, exhibits, demonstrations, club project displays and more! See conference details and register here.

01/02 2012 Rose Parade

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

 

Rotaract Club of San Luis Obispo members (Agni Fernandez, Dominic Tartaglia, Doug St. John, Holly Dragovich, Naomi Oyler, and Shannon Pacaoan) ventured to Pasadena for one Saturday in December to volunteer in preparation for the 2012 Rose Parade.

See their flawless work on the ‘City of Hope’ float. You can watch the 2012 Rose Parade on KTLA or streaming online on Monday, January 2nd beginning at 8am PST.

12/06 Meeting Reminder

 We have our next Rotaract Club of SLO meeting, Tuesday, December 6th at 6:30PM. It is our last meeting of 2011, and it will be a potluck. Please let us know what you will bring to the potluck in the comments below.

We will also have a white elephant gift exchange! Make the gift as goofy or ridiculous as you want.  Just make sure that it’s wrapped and that it doesn’t cost more then $5.

Santa is coming to town!

Rotaract Club of San Luis Obispo is scheduled to help Santa for the days of December 3rd and 4th, 10:45am-8pm and 10:45-5pm respectively. Each shift needs at least 3 volunteers. Please see which shift you are available to work and contact us at slorotaract@gmail.com.
